Lily Fulgieri

Lily Fulgieri is an associate at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP. She has exclusively practiced family law since her graduation from U.C. Davis law school in 2017. Ms. Fulgieri is committed to assisting families and individuals through difficult transitions and helping her clients to move on with their lives with the best possible outcome. She has experience with all aspects of marital dissolutions, including child and spousal support determinations, domestic violence, and property division.

Prior to joining Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP, Ms. Fulgieri worked as a legal research assistant for the Unified Family Court in San Francisco for three and a half years. In this capacity, Ms. Fulgieri assisted the Court with hundreds of family law cases and worked with various bench officers on a daily basis. She gained a valuable perspective on how cases are decided and obtained invaluable experience drafting orders, support calculations and statements of decision for the Court.

Ms. Fulgieri obtained her B.A. from Cornell University and her M.A. from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. In between pursuing her education, Ms. Fulgieri worked as a trial preparation assistant with the New York District Attorney’s Office and an analyst with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office INTERCEPT task force, which focused on stopping child exploitation. During law school, Ms. Fulgieri was selected as a research assistant to several professors and a legal writing teaching assistant.

In her free time, Ms. Fulgieri enjoys training for marathons, exploring new restaurants, and collecting antiques at the flea market.
