Linda M. Anderson

Linda M. Anderson is a Certified Family Law Specialist (certified by the CA State Bar Board of Legal Specialization) and a Senior Associate at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP. Ms. Anderson handles a variety of family law issues, including divorce, custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property characterization and division, and complex, high-asset matters. Ms. Anderson is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Contra Costa and Alameda County Bar Associations.

Ms. Anderson was recognized as a Super Lawyers® Northern California Rising Star in 2019 and continues to receive the award each year. Super Lawyers® is a third-party rating service, who evaluates attorneys based on twelve factors including peer recognition, professional achievements, and community service. They award the Rising Star recognition to the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 or in practice for less than 10 years.

Prior to joining Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP as an associate, Ms. Anderson worked for a small family law firm, assisting clients with complex marital property issues, custody and visitation, and domestic violence issues.

Ms. Anderson is passionate about public service and is a Volunteer Attorney with the Alameda County Bar Association.

Ms. Anderson received her Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School in May 2013 with a concentration in Advocacy. While in law school, Ms. Anderson was the Managing Editor for Cornell’s Journal of Law and Public Policy and clerked for both the Sacramento County and Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Offices, where she conducted numerous bench trials and hearings.

Ms. Anderson earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Law and Society.

In her free time, Ms. Anderson enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, as well as spending time with family and friends.
