Joanna C. Funke is an associate in the firm’s Family Law Department. Her diverse family law experience enables her to handle all aspects of family law matters, including dissolution, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence, complex, high-asset matters, and post-judgment matters. She is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the San Mateo County Bar Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association, and Contra Costa County Bar Association. Ms. Funke currently serves on the Board of the San Mateo County Bar Association Women Lawyers’ Section.

Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Funke worked in the contracts and financing departments of a government contractor and leasing company.

Ms. Funke earned her Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2005. She enjoys cooking, singing with the Menlo Park Chorus, and exploring the bay area through hiking in her free time.
