Margaret F. Dellegrotti is an associate in the firm's Family Law Department.
Ms. Dellegrotti handles a variety of issues, including dissolution, property
characterization and division, child custody and visitation, child and
spousal support, and complex, high-asset matters. She is a member of the
State Bar of California, San Mateo County Bar Association and the Santa
Clara County Bar Association.
Ms. Dellegrotti received her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University
School of Law in May 2010. While in law school, she interned for the Santa
Clara County Superior Court, Family Division, in the summer of 2008. After
graduating law school, she contracted for several family law solo-practitioners
in Santa Clara County. Most recently, Ms. Dellegrotti worked as an associate
in the environmental department of a civil litigation defense law firm
located in Orange County, litigating products liability/exposure cases.
Ms. Dellegrotti earned a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Criminology from
University of California, Irvine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling
and spending time in the sun.
