Greer B. Stone is an associate in the firm’s Family Law Department.
Mr. Stone handles a variety of issues including divorce, custody and visitation,
child and spousal support, and complex, high-asset matters. Mr. Stone
is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Santa Clara
County Bar Association, and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
Mr. Stone received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School
of Law in May 2015. While in law school, he clerked for the Santa Clara
and Santa Cruz District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Stone was assigned
to the Homicide and Misdemeanor Units for the Santa Clara County District
Attorney’s Office where he argued dozens of complex hearings in
court. Mr. Stone was a member of the university’s Trial Team. He
received honors while in law school, receiving the Witkin and CALI Award
in Criminal Law, Torts, and Complex Litigation & Class Actions.
Prior to joining Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP, Mr. Stone earned
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University
of California, Irvine. While attending UC Irvine, he was a member of the
university’s venerable Mock Trial Team, where he earned several
Best Attorney awards. Mr. Stone also received a certificate of completion
from the University’s Law Forum.
Mr. Stone is passionate about public service and spends much of his free
time doing community service in his hometown of Palo Alto. He is the Chairman
of the Palo Alto Human Relations Commission where he helps give a voice
to the most vulnerable in his community. Mr. Stone has also been working
on an effort to end homelessness amongst veterans in Palo Alto and Santa
Clara County. He enjoys travelling, politics, movies, sports, Disney,
and spending time with his fiancée.
