Danielle M. Hoover is an associate in the firm's Family Law Department,
handling a wide range of issues, including: dissolution, property characterization
and division, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support,
and complex, high-asset matters. She is a member of the State Bar of California,
San Mateo County Bar Association, and Santa Clara County Bar Association.
She is also a certified mediator by the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Ms. Hoover graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2010.
During law school, Ms. Hoover was a member of the Santa Clara University
Law Review, and in the Fall 2009, published an article on same-sex divorce
jurisdiction. She earned the CALI Excellence for the Future award in Legal
Research & Writing in Spring 2008 and in Legislation in Fall 2009.
She earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Profession
in Fall 2009. She won the award for Best Written Brief in Appellate Advocacy
in Summer 2008, and was a member of the Dean's List all three years
of law school.
Prior to joining Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP as an associate,
Ms. Hoover worked as a law clerk at the firm during her first year of
law school. In the summer of 2009, she was a legal intern for the Honorable
Socrates P. Manoukian in the criminal division of Santa Clara County Superior
Court. Ms. Hoover was a paralegal for two years prior to attending law school.
Ms. Hoover earned her B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University in
2005. She enjoys reading, traveling, politics, sports, and spending time
with her husband, daughter and dog Valentine
